The PATONA Premium Battery Grip for Nikon Z8 is a dust and drip-proof multifunctional grip that can be used for vertical shots and extends the shooting time compared to using the camera battery alone. It can also balance the weight of telephoto lenses well, as the battery compartment can hold 2x EN-EL15a EN-EL15b EN-EL15c batteries.
Controls for vertical shooting include the shutter release button, main dial and front dial, AF-ON button, sub-selector and function buttons (Fn). With two EN-EL15c batteries in the grip, you get up to 1.8 times the operating time and can swap the batteries in an instant if necessary.Â
You can charge the two batteries in the MB-N12 with the matching mains adapter (available in the shop under “Accessories”) via USB-C when the grip is not attached to the camera: perfect for overnight charging.
The advanced ergonomically shaped and non-slip battery grip makes the camera much easier to hold and use.
